I'm out of things to rant about. and I don't even think I've gotten a quality rant in.
I will say that it feels really nice not being at the bottom of the food chain at work anymore.
It also feels really good to have my subordinate be a girl. I'll scold her for her insolence then take her under my wing. I'll accept nothing less than perfection, but accept her for who she is. I am her mentor. If she needs to lean on me, I'll be there.
